Reports have been rife that some shady companies in the Philippines are cheating employees, job seekers, and other companies.

These companies are mainly from China, operating and hiring in the Philippines, and in the online gambling industry.

They are based in Pasay, Philippines, and are part of the Philippine Offshore Gaming Operators (POGO) industry.

What is Dynamic Strategy Solutions Experts Corporation (Dynamic Solutions) or DSSE?

According to their website, “Dynamic Strategy Solutions Experts Corporation (Dynamic Solutions) is a business consultancy firm and a manpower agency that caters to various organizational needs of startup, and established companies from across a wide variety of industries.”

This means that they are basically doing the role of a headhunting company, hiring employees for companies.

Further, they are doing full-spectrum HR services, legal consultation, accounting, and taxation services.

The company is incorporated on September 7, 2020, with its headquarters located in the Mall Of Asia Complex, Pasay City.

Again, most Chinese companies based in Pasay City could be quite shady.

What is the scam?

At the first glance, they seem like a pretty normal headhunting and manpower consultancy but upon further investigations, they are linked to a previously reported red-flag scam company, Innovations Groups.

Innovations Groups was previously flagged as a scam company that does not pay its recruitment vendors and employees.

A report to the Department of Labor and Employment Philippines has been made and they have previously made visits to the Mall of Asia Pasay to investigate this scam company.
